Drones are an excellent way to capture that perfect photo. The drone set up is fast, the images are instantly downloaded and reviewed, and your photos are saved on a flash-drive.
JDI Facility Services specializes in aerial photography using drones to capture building images and property photos. JDI aerial can also conduct a roof inspection or curtain wall inspection using our drones. Drones can not be used in restricted air space.
We have on staff a licensed FAA UAS Drone pilot and several drones. With our DJI drone we are able to work with the client to capture the perfect building image.
Drone hourly rates are:
$200/hour plus travel expenses and permits (if required). All travel expenses are billed at actual rate plus 20%.
